氮化硅冒口管用于低压铸造保温炉。
作为低压铸造保温炉的必备部件，升液管经历了几代材料的“进化”。从金属材料到陶瓷材料，从普通陶瓷材料到复合陶瓷材料，冒口使用中的几个主要问题基本解决，直到氮化硅升液管的出现：
1. 耐腐蚀性：金属材质的提升管在高温金属溶液中易被腐蚀。即使采用复合陶瓷冒口，如碳化硅材料，腐蚀也很严重。使用寿命在1——2个月以内。
2. 积渣：传统的升液管本身孔隙率高。被腐蚀后，易产生积渣，导致管道变窄甚至堵塞。
3. 保证产品的纯度：传统的升液管被腐蚀后，会将杂质带入产品，所以目前的金属提升管只会在低端产品的生产中使用；碳化硅提升管杂质含量也严重影响了产品质量和产业升级。氮化硅对金属溶液无污染。

Silicon nitride riser tubes are used in low pressure casting holding furnaces.
As a necessary parts for low pressure casting holding furnaces, riser tubes have undergone several generations of material "evolution". From metal materials to ceramic materials, from ordinary ceramic materials to composite ceramic materials, several major problems in the use of the riser were basically solved until the emergence of the silicon nitride riser:
